This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Mapletech mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
Welcome to Mapletech's mobile application. This App provides services, content, and functionality to users. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Mapletech Analytics.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and fully able to comply with this Agreement.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Mapletech is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by Mapletech or its licensors. You may not use these materials without explicit permission. Unauthorized use of Mapletech's intellectual property may result in termination of your account and legal action.
The App may contain links or provide access to third-party services. Mapletech is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services, nor does it endorse them. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Mapletech reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or its features at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we modify or discontinue the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mapletech does not warrant that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mapletech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Mapletech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
Mapletech reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will notify users through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after any modifications to this Agreement will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
